Job Description

As an Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. You will assist in organizing company events, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

What Will We Do

  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is organized and well-maintained.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior management and staff.
  • Coordinate and assist with company events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases to ensure information is easily accessible.
  • Process and prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and management.
  • Ensure adherence to office protocols, policies, and safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
