Designer – Draftsman

Job Description

As a Designer – Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans based on design specifications. You will collaborate with designers and architects to ensure that the design meets client expectations and adheres to technical requirements. Your role involves working with CAD software, preparing layouts, and assisting in the development of project documentation. You will ensure that designs are accurate, feasible, and in compliance with industry standards.

What Will We Do

• Create detailed design drafts, blueprints, and layouts using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to refine design concepts and meet project specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction and manufacturing.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and material specifications.
• Revise and modify designs based on client or team feedback.

Requirements

• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to create accurate and precise drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
