Factory operator

Job Description

As a Factory Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process. You will ensure the smooth running of production lines, monitor quality control standards, and perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery. You will also assist in troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues that arise during production, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.

What Will We Do

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, maintenance activities, and other relevant data.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production processes and resolve operational issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to management for timely resolution.

Requirements

• Qualification: High school diploma or technical certification in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required, and travel to different factory locations.
