Job Description

As a Helper, you will assist skilled workers in various tasks related to construction, carpentry, or other labor-intensive projects. Your role involves supporting team members by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to job sites, cleaning work areas, and assisting with general labor tasks. You will ensure that work areas are organized, safe, and ready for the execution of projects, contributing to the smooth flow of operations.

What Will We Do

• Assist skilled workers with various tasks on-site, including carrying materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Help with loading and unloading materials for projects.
• Perform basic manual labor tasks as required by the team.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support in the preparation of materials and tools needed for different tasks.
• Assist in any general duties necessary to support the smooth execution of the project.

Requirements

• Qualification: No formal qualification required; prior experience in a helper role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of construction or carpentry tasks is an advantage.
• Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry materials.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various tasks on-site.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow safety standards.
• Must be willing to travel to different job sites as needed.
