Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified quality standards. Your role involves managing cross-functional teams, handling client communications, and ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying risks, managing resources, and solving project-related issues to ensure smooth execution.

What Will We Do

• Oversee the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and resource allocation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project quality and minimize disruptions.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve project issues and remove roadblocks to keep the project on track.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
