Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote products or services and addressing inquiries. You will maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly. Your role involves achieving daily and monthly targets while maintaining accurate call records and reporting to the team lead.

What Will We Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and conversions.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure closure of sales or customer inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about products/services and answer customer queries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in [language(s) required, e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil, etc.].
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections confidently.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or call management tools is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Candidates with a friendly demeanor and good problem-solving skills are highly desired.
